Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use A.C.N. 668 493 418 Pty Ltd trading as Speedy Fix Autos (ACN 668 493 418) websites and booking services ("Speedy Fix Autos"). By booking online or using this site you agree to these terms. Our workshop is at 3/52 Lawrence Drive, Nerang QLD 4211.

Booking & cancellation

• Online bookings are requests until we confirm by email or phone.
• Please give at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule (+61 448507596 / admin@speedyfixautos.com.au).
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee for reserved bay time.

Estimates and work

• Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time. Further diagnosis may change the scope or price — we will seek your approval before major extra work where practical.
• Parts and labour are charged as agreed. Offer codes apply only when valid and stated on your booking.

Service guarantee

• We perform work to professional industry standards.
• If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly so we can make it right where the issue relates to our workmanship.

Website use

Do not misuse the booking form (spam, automated abuse, or false details). We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or unsafe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Speedy Fix Autos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
